DOKinform ContractManager
Feature overview
DOKinform Contract Manager provides a better control treaty to reduce the contractual risks.
Relevant dates for modification or termination of individual contracts will be monitored, resulting in a high potential of cost savings.
DOKinform Contract Manager supports you upon creation of contractors and contracts.
If desired, you can import large lists of contractors directly from an Excel or text file.
While registrieng a contract, you determine the relevant deadlines, costs and personnel accountability.
The filing of documents can be done via the ELO mailbox, drag and drop or direct scanning into an
archive folder.
The ELO-indexing of documents is done automatically by the Contract Manager.
All proposed dates and people for the resubmission can be manually customized for each document.
Transparency
Using preconfigured views (dynamic reports), you always have your entire contract and all supporting documents under control. Each contract manager can see at a glance "his own" tasks.
Reporting
Tehre are various export options to Excel available (i.e. Leasing overview).
Easy installation and configuration
DOKinform ContractManager can be installed directly on a PC or on a network share and thus can be used by all ELO users.
Installation is done through an automated setup program.
Configuration is GUI based.
All relevant program functions are accessible through an icon in your Windows task bar.
DOKinform DirectSearch
Feature overview
DOKinform DirectSearch gives you immediate access to all your ELO archived documents.
From any Windows based application and even from terminal emulation programs for host systems (i.e. AS/400) you can start a search in ELO with just one single keystroke (hotkey).
DirectSearch reads a search value (i.e. invoice number) from your application and performs a search in ELO.
The search result will be displayed directly in ELO.
Using DirectSearch you can establish a connection from almost any application to ELO within minutes. You don’t need any interface definition or individual programming.
Easy to install and configure
DOKinform DirectSearch can be installed directly on a PC or on a network share of your server.
Configuration can be customized for individual users.
Every hotkey can be configured by defining:
- ELO key wording form
- field in the form or the short name
- desired action.

DOKinform ERPconnector
Feature overview
DOKinform ERPconnector is a key component of the Business Solution DOKinform Concentrator.
All relevant business applications now work closely with the ECM solutions of ELO Digital Office GmbH.
The DOKinform ERPconnector works as middleware between the existing ERP software and the ELO archive. It enables fully automated read-only archiving of any printable document.
All indexing metadata are extracted out of the document, independent of their position on the page.
Preconfigured templates
Through individually configurable templates the DOKinform ERPconnector offers the possibility to process and archive a large variety of document types without further action of the user.
Archiving is done in a secure way using a mandatory structure for all users.
Depending of the industry there are several best practice templates available.
These templates can obviously be tailored and adjusted to fit your specific needs.
BLPdesigner
With the DOKinform BLPdesigner you can easily configure the needed business logic, define needed ELO resources, archiving structure and lifecycle or start individual workflows for each document.
Seamless ERP Integration
ELO + ERP = more business transparency
Acess your documents directly from your ERP environment. With a single click you view the document, with another click you can send your customers a copy of the document by e-mail, even during the conversation.
Just as easily you can use the central file for all customers/suppliers and browse across all documents.
In addition to the read-only ("revision-proof") archiving of documents you get full sccess to all process-related data. This can be letters, orders, delivery notes, product information, e-mails or attached documents for certain correspondence.

DOKinform XMLimporter is responsible for storing the ERP documents in the ELO archive.
In addition to pure storage XMLimporter also generates the logic structure (files) and possibly starts workflows.

The cost of integration is low. After installing the application, the operating parameters are set via a graphical interface.
This is where you determine the operating parameters such as user name, password, archive name, etc.
Cost-effective operation
A good and easy to implement solution must not cause any inadequate cost during operation.
Therefore the desing of ERPconnector is fully based on open stadards.
All necessary configurations are done using a graphical interface.Using a standard Web browser you can monitor the entire application.
DOKinform FillUp
Feature overview
DOKinform FillUp provides a comfortable universal interface for acquisition of index data from any relational database.
By entering i.e. a part of a customer name or customer number, you can retrieve all needed data for archiving a document in ELO.
Easy integration and configuration
The effort for integration is low.
After copying all files to a share on your server you set the operating parameters in the configuration file.
The mapping of database fields to the fields of the ELO keywording form does not require any programming knowledge.
DOKinform VirtualPrinter
Feature overview
DOKinform VirtualPrinter is used for those ERP systems, which are not designed for automatically and mandatory printing of a copy of the document on the ERPconnect Printer.
To unload the user of manually printing a copy of each document VirtualPrinter performes this task.
Easy integration and configuration
The cost of integration is low. After installing the application, the operating parameters are set via a graphical interface.
This is where you determine then name of your main printer and which printer to the archive system should be used (ERPconnect printer).
DOKinform VirtualPrinter is independent form then ELO ECM-systems and can be also used stand alone.
